Information collected

The project-review quiz asks about your project type, property ownership, postcode, plans, budget and preferred start timeframe. The enquiry form asks for your name, mobile number and email address, with optional project notes. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your notes.

A submission also includes a calculated lead score, an event identifier, the page address and, where present, campaign details such as UTM parameters and the Facebook click identifier (fbclid).

Enquiry use and delivery

Your answers help assess your project enquiry, including its location, scope and timing, so the NuLevel team can review it and contact you. Campaign information accompanies the enquiry to identify its source. The website sends submitted details through Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, using the site’s configured enquiry destination. Web3Forms therefore receives the submission as part of delivering it.

Advertising, video and bookings

When a Meta Pixel is configured, this website sends Meta events about page visits, starting and progressing through the quiz, video-play clicks and enquiry submissions. An out-of-area event includes the entered postcode; submission events include the lead score and an event identifier. Meta may use cookies and process browser information under its own privacy terms.

The project video does not load a YouTube player until you choose to play it. Playing it connects your browser to YouTube through its youtube-nocookie.com embed. If a booking calendar is configured and displayed after your enquiry, it connects to the calendar provider. These services handle information under their own privacy terms.

Storage and retention

Quiz answers are held in the page while you complete the form. The website uses your browser’s session storage for campaign details and, after a successful submission, your first name and lead score for the thank-you page. Session storage normally lasts for the browser tab’s session; it is not a deletion schedule for submitted enquiries.

Submitted enquiries are handled separately from this browser storage. For details of how long NuLevel keeps your enquiry, where it is held, who can access it and any further sharing, please contact NuLevel using the number below. The website does not automatically delete delivered enquiries or set retention periods for third-party services.
